We are your representatives at the Office for Harmonization in Alicante, Spain for the application and for addressing all Office Actions in respect of your trademark application. Through close cooperation with you, we will inform you about the status of the application at the Office and will advise you on every step that needs to be taken at the Office until your trademark is registered.
A pre-filing service can also be provided as well as an estimation of the chances of achieving a successful registration of your trademark proposal, according to the law and practice of the Office, before applying for the community trademark. This estimation includes the results of a search for existing trademarks to identify whether these are identical or similar to your own trademark proposal.
